Daily Dental Staffing was developed by Leslie Accardy, RDA. Together with her husband Lee,  they share over 30 years of medical and dental staffing and administrative expertise.  They were both born and raised in Southern California.

Leslie entered the dental profession in 1984.  After completing an accredited Dental Assisting course in Southern California, she obtained her X-ray license, and pursued her license as an RDA with Coronal Polish.  In 1986, she entered a career as a Dental Recruiter placing Dental Personnel in all aspects of the Dental Profession for temporary and permanent employment.  She also became an instructor for RDA prep courses in California and taught Dental Professionals to pass their RDA practical exam.  Leslie has been staffing dental offices since 1986 in California and is now located in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Lee held a career at UCLA Medical Center for 17 years.  He maintained a position in Administration while continuing an education geared towards business and finance.  He first began his career on a surgical floor and then obtained a position working in the O.R. as an Administrator.  The Department has 33 operating rooms and schedules 40-50 procedures per day.  Later he moved to the Procedure and Treatment Unit "PTU" to oversee all Administrative tasks.
